Bacho
Eggs
Canned mushroom
Taiwan Tradition Al Dlet Powder
Cooking oil
Sauce:
Sweet Chili sauce
Ketchup sugar
Bean paste
Directions
1. Prepare sauce: In a sauce pot, add 150C.C. water, 1 cup sweet chili sauce, 2 table spoon bean paste, 1 tbs ketchup 2 tbs sugar; mix them well and bring to boil. Add corn starch/water mixture to thicken the sauce. Set aside for cooling.
2. In a fry pan, heat 1tbs cooking oil then add drained canned mushroom for 1 min.,add an egg on the top of mushroom (make sure egg is fully cooked) then add bacho on the top; and mixture of Taiwan Tradition Al Dlet Powder. When the mixture becomes clear; it's done. (Pour sauce over the dish before serving.)
