| Pot Stickers (Pan Fried) |
½ lb. Bok Choy
1 pk .Firm Tofu
1 pk. Bean curd sheet
1 tsp Mushroom seasoning
1 pk. Dumpling wraps (about 50pcs)
1 tbsp Corn starch
A Dash of salt
2 tsp Sesame oil
2 tsp Cooking oil
Directions
1. Dice mustard green, tofu, bean curd sheets and pickled mustard. Also, squeeze and mash the tofu firmly to prevent the mixture from being soggy.
2. Mix corn starch, salt, mushroom seasoning and cooking oil with everything from the previous step until the mixture is uniform.

3. Wrap approx. 1 tbsp. of the filling with the dumpling wraps.
To wrap dumplings, first prepare a corn starch and water mixture. Place approximately two teaspoons of filling onto a dumpling wrap. Apply the corn starch and water to the border of the wrap. Seal the wrap by folding the dumpling wrap in half. Use you creativity to make unique shapes!
4. Pan fry or steam the dumpling until done.
